Granite is a beautiful kitchen countertop material, but it does require special care. Before choosing granite for your new project make sure you ask yourself these questions: How will I be using this space? What's more important to me in my home-the look or practicality (i.e., easy cleaning)? Would I like an option between quartz and marble too? What happens after you choose your countertop

Once we have all your materials selected and you have made your deposit, the next step is to get a critical measure (countertop template). Depending on the size and scope of your project, we will schedule a time for one of our installers to come out and take a template at a time convenient for you.

Depending on the availability of your countertop material selection, we can typically have them fabricated and installed within 4-6 weeks from start to finish.

Countertop installation preparation tips

When it comes for your countertop demo and installation it’s a good idea to make sure everything is off of your existing countertops and the kitchen area is clear of any debris. It’s also a good idea to empty out some of your cabinet drawers, or cover silverware and other items if you don’t want to get them dirty during the process.

Depending on the size and complexity of your job, our countertop installation package includes 2 sheets of ⅝ or ¾ plywood underlayment, under mount sink installation (plumbing reconnect sold separately), and standard edge finish.
