Do you serve South or far East Phoenix?
We focus on North and West Phoenix. South Phoenix and East Phoenix near Tempe/Mesa are an hour-plus drive each way; we'll quote with a fair travel addition, but a closer contractor is usually better.
How does Phoenix heat affect flooring choice?
SPC and WPC handle 110°F+ surface temperatures and 30°F daily summer swings. Vinyl plank with quality UV-stable wear layer survives direct sun. Avoid lower-grade laminate near south/west windows — bleaches over 2–3 years.
Slab-on-grade — can we install over Phoenix concrete?
Yes. Most Phoenix homes are slab-on-grade. Lions Floor SPC and LVP install directly over concrete with vapor barriers. Slab moisture testing during the estimate; abnormal moisture readings get flagged before contract.
