$14 – $28 / sq ftPeoria flooring splits by ZIP. Older Peoria (85345) homes often still have original tile or vinyl-sheet flooring from the 1970s/80s — full replacement is the conversation. Vistancia, Westwing Mountain, and Trilogy at Vistancia (85382/85383) bought new in 2008–2018 with builder LVP or carpet that's now wearing — refresh or replacement is common. We're 15–25 minutes north of Surprise via the 303.
2008–2018 Vistancia builds shipped with mid-grade LVP that's showing wear by year 8. Lions Floor SPC or premium LVP is the upgrade target. Whole-house typical: $10,000–$16,000 for ~1,500 sq ft.
Trilogy owners want LVP for cleaning ease and to eliminate carpet trip-hazards. We quote LVP throughout, including bedrooms, with cohesive transitions.
Pre-1985 Peoria homes still have original sheet vinyl, vinyl tile, or 1970s carpet. Subfloor often needs leveling first. Full project including subfloor prep: $12,000–$18,000 for typical 1,400 sq ft.
