Scottsdale's cabinet jobs run high-end. From McCormick Ranch's mid-century-modern remodels to McDowell Mountain Ranch family homes, Grayhawk's golf-course estates, and DC Ranch / Silverleaf custom builds, the budget is there to do it right. We come from Surprise — 35–45 minutes via the 101 — and that's the trade-off we're honest about: we're not five minutes away. We are competitive on price and willing to drive because Scottsdale projects are typically scope-rich (cabinets + counters + tile + millwork all in one job), which makes the trip worth it both ways.
McCormick Ranch's 1970s ranch homes get full kitchen tear-outs. The original cabinets are tired, soffits drop the ceiling unnecessarily, and openings to the great room are too narrow. We modernize without erasing the era — clean shaker doors, integrated panels, often a waterfall island.
Grayhawk and DC Ranch projects are typically full custom: 14–18 ft islands, library walls, 60-inch ranges, walk-in pantries with secondary prep kitchens. Six- to ten-week build, $40K–$120K all-in for cabinets alone.
Smaller scopes — one-wall kitchens, condo-conversion projects in Arcadia and downtown Scottsdale. We're set up to deliver compact custom that store-bought stock won't fit.
