Chandler is at the far edge of our practical service radius — about 45–55 minutes from our Surprise shop via Loop 101. We do work there, mostly in Ocotillo, Sun Lakes, and Fulton Ranch, when projects are scope-rich enough to justify the drive (full kitchen, cabinets + counters + tile combined). For one-off small jobs in Chandler, we're transparent that a local Chandler contractor will likely be a better fit; for larger scopes we're competitive even after travel.
Ocotillo's man-made lake homes have specific cabinet needs — humidity from the lake, big windows on the water side, often lake-view great rooms. We design with that in mind.
