Whole project. Demo, framing changes, electrical, plumbing trim, drywall, paint, cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, hardware. We sub the trades we don't keep in-house but you sign one contract with us, get one schedule, and have one point of accountability.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. AZ ROC #341113. Fully insured with general liability. Certificate of insurance available on request — most HOAs and commercial clients require it before work starts and we deliver within 24 hours.
