$2,000 – $4,500Vistancia is the master-planned community in north Peoria — Pulte/Maracay/Toll builders, mostly 2007–2018 housing stock, with Trilogy at Vistancia as the active-adult sub-area. Counter work here is overwhelmingly upgrades to existing builder granite. The original counters were Tan Brown, Santa Cecilia, or Verde Butterfly — fine then, dated now. White-or-veined quartz is the dominant replacement. From our Surprise shop we're 18 minutes north via the 303.
The 2008–2018 build years all share builder-grade granite from Pulte/Maracay/Toll. Replacement with white-with-grey quartz (Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo, Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo) brightens the kitchen and fits the home's transitional style. $4,000–$7,000 typical.
Trilogy owners often want partial counter scope — island only, or perimeter only with statement quartzite on the island. We quote partial scopes most contractors won't.
Sonoran Mountain Ranch and Westwing Mountain northern pockets sometimes want counter additions — coffee bars, beverage stations, butler's pantry counters. We integrate without disturbing existing kitchen counters.
