Estrella's hillside lots have unusual kitchen layouts and view walls. Counter often runs along the view wall under big windows. We design with sight lines in mind — eased edges to keep the visual lighter, integrated drainboards to skip a bulky sink area.

Palm Valley and central Goodyear homes (85338) bought new in 2003–2010. Counters are dating fast. Refacing cabinets + replacing counters as one scope runs $9,000–$16,000 and resets the whole kitchen.

Do you work with PebbleCreek's HOA?
Yes. PebbleCreek has architectural standards for substantial kitchen work. We submit documentation in their required format — license, insurance, scope, and the specific materials/finishes for review.
How does Estrella's hillside-lot access affect install?
Some Estrella lots have steep driveways or limited truck access. Our delivery team has worked all of Estrella; we dispatch the right truck size and confirm access during the in-home template.
Can we do counter work while we're seasonal/away?
Yes. Many PebbleCreek owners go elsewhere May–September. We install with key access, daily photo updates, and a final walkthrough on return. We carry coverage for unattended-home work.
Goodyear heat — does it affect counter durability?
Direct south-window heat is the issue, not ambient air. Quartz, quartzite, and granite all handle 110–115°F surface temperature without issue. Marble is more sensitive. Outdoor-kitchen counters near pools or covered patios need a different conversation entirely (sealed concrete, granite, or quartzite — never quartz, which has UV-sensitive resin).
