Flooring installation in Phoenix typically costs $3-$12 per square foot for labor, depending on flooring type. LVP/LVT: $3-$6/sq ft, Tile: $8-$15/sq ft, Hardwood: $6-$12/sq ft, Laminate: $3-$5/sq ft. Material costs are additional. A typical 1,000 sq ft project runs $3,000-$15,000 total installed.
Flooring installation time varies by type and area size. LVP can be installed at 200-400 sq ft per day, tile at 50-100 sq ft per day, and hardwood at 100-200 sq ft per day. A typical 500 sq ft room takes 1-2 days for LVP, 5-7 days for tile, or 2-4 days for hardwood.
It depends on your current flooring and the new flooring type. LVP can sometimes be installed over existing hard surfaces. Tile typically requires removal of old flooring. Our flooring installation includes: subfloor preparation and leveling, underlayment (for applicable flooring types), flooring installation, transitions between rooms, quarter round or baseboards (if included in quote), and cleanup. Old flooring removal can be added to your quote if needed.
