Your $250 reward is issued once your referred friend's project is fully completed and paid. You can choose to receive it as a credit toward your own future project with us, or as a $250 Visa gift card. We will notify you by email or phone once your reward is ready.

Yes, the referral program is for new customers who have not previously worked with Surprise Granite. If your friend has worked with us before, they are welcome to refer their own friends and earn rewards that way.
