60–90 minute visit. A designer arrives with cabinet door samples, stone chips, tile samples, and a laser measure. We measure your space, talk through what you want, and give a verbal pricing range on the spot.
Within 5–7 business days we deliver a written line-item quote AND 3D renderings of your finished space. Kitchen elevations, perspective views, finish boards. You see the project before committing.
Sign the contract, deposit, materials ordered. Project schedule locks in. From here, we own the timeline.
Cabinet manufacturing and stone slab procurement happen in parallel. You don't lift a finger. We give weekly status updates by text or email — your preference.
On-site work begins. Floors and surfaces protected. Demo, electrical, plumbing trim, drywall, cabinet install, countertop template + install, tile, flooring, hardware. We clean up every day before leaving.
Final walk-through together. We document any punch items and resolve them within 48 hours. Final cleaning. Warranty packet, care instructions, attic stock delivered.
