What's your bid response time?
5 business days for line-item pricing on most commercial scopes. We respond to RFI/clarification questions within 24 hours during pricing. Submittal package (shop drawings, finish samples, COI, ROC, W-9) within 2 weeks of award.
What's your insurance and bonding situation?
AZ ROC #341113. General liability $2M aggregate. COI naming additional insureds available within 24 hours. Bondable for projects up to $500K standard, larger with project-specific bond. W-9 and 1099 ready.
Which AWI grade do you bid?
AWI Custom grade by default. Premium grade available when specified. Economy grade for back-of-house and utility scopes. We match whatever the architect's spec calls for and document the grade in our submittal package.
Can you handle multi-family unit packages?
Yes. Apartment, condo, build-to-rent, senior living, and student housing unit-package kitchens and vanities. Pricing is per-unit with quantity breaks. Schedule and material logistics built around the construction critical path.
Do you do tenant improvements?
Yes — TI work is one of our most common scopes. Office break rooms, retail fit-outs, dental/medical exam casework, restaurant front and back of house. After-hours and weekend installs available for occupied tenant spaces.
